Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital service

SixerLive plans are digital and are activated immediately after payment. Because of this, plans are generally non-refundable once a ticket has been used or the plan has been active.

When we refund

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same plan, the extra amount is refunded.
• Payment taken but plan not activated: we will activate your plan, or refund you if we cannot.
• Technical failure on our side that stops you from using a plan you have not used.

How to request

Email sangramjadhav3017@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 70583 22467 with your registered username and the payment ID (starts with pay_). Please write within 7 days of the payment.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You may stop using SixerLive at any time. Plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
